Webelos Scouting Adventures

Webelos Super Science

Learn the history of science, how to conduct experiments, and how to design and build devices like a catapult. Experiment with the world around you, collect bugs, tour Museum halls, and make a fossil collection as you earn the Scientist, Engineer, Naturalist, Forester, and Geologist Pins.

Location: HMNS Scout Room
Dates: June 7-11, June 28-July 2, and July 6-9 (4 day week)
Cost: $170 members / $190 non-members
July 6-9 only: $140 members / $160 non-members

Service Project

Service Project: A flag-folding service project will also be available at Pinewood Derby Race Day. Participants will be folding pocket-sized American flags to send to active duty troops.

Update! - We still have many flags left to fold! Contact your Den Leader and ask for some flags to take home and fold!

Scout Gang versus Juvenile Gang
Scout Law and Oath law of the gang

Each group has a name special identification
Scout family and Council costs is approx. 96$ per year detention, prison or even death.
40,000$ per year to take care of a juvenile delinquent
One gang takes away from Society... the other contributes
to Society immediately and for the long term!






Did you know........For every 100 boys that join scouting:

  • 4 will become Eagle Scouts
  • Rarely will one be brought before Juvenile Court
  • 12 will have their first contact with a Church
  • 1 will enter the Clergy
  • 18 will develop Hobbies that last throughout life

  • 8 will enter a vocation that was learned through the Merit Badge System
